Watercolor is a media which provides great challenges, sophisticated results and wonderful surprises. It took a great deal of effort to grow from school girl looking art to where I am today. I learned a great deal from Monica Perin and Annie Taillemite in France and Robin Poteet in Roanoke at The Studio School. The first piece on the page earned me a place in the my first juried show with the Virginia Watercolor Society (VWS). In 2018, I was selected for my third VWS show and achieved Signature Status.
